Indexing and OCR Processing

Indexing of scanned documents enables rapid retrieval of critical information. RelianTech uses both intelligent, human-driven and automated OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies to create indexing for digital images. Higher quality assurance standards are ensured by utilizing an “Enter – Enter – Compare” process, whereby two separate operators independently index the same document, then compare results using automated systems.

Output from scanned images can be provided in numerous formats, including:

• Indexed PDF
• TIFF, JPEG, GIF
• HTML, XML

Media delivery options include CD-ROM, magnetic tape, FTP, or access via customized web-based repositories. We also can prepare files for direct loading into numerous document management software platforms. CD duplication services are also available.
